The crowd @ Sportmeets is a blog about making sportmeets.com happen. We would like to become the community where amateur sporters come together to organize their off-line meets on-line in crowds. We know the organization aspect is not very revolutionary but the greatest thing about Sportmeets is that it is so much more than practical than what you can find on the web now.

This blog is about the technical and non-technical challenges that any start-up like ours faces. We would not like to rant on about everything and anything we do, but rather post interesting material that others could find useful while running their own app. Our site is built with open-source software, so this could be at least a tiny bit of thank you for all the great work that went into it, and without which you would not be reading this.
